•  All Sub-contractors are specialist machine shops with experience in machining stainless steel and high-alloy    steel castings with ISO-9001 approval.

•  In general only CNC processes are accepted.

•  All sub-contractor are audited and managed by a dedicated quality and process engineer. Process plans    and SPC reports available for all production.

•  Machine tools and fixtures are qualified and specified in the control plan.

•  Other capabilities- We are having a hydro testing facility for the castings especially casings can be tested    upto 50 bars.

•  We have got phosphating & power coating facilities very close to our shop.
