• Prototyping - PPAP methodology for sample development
    We use process similar to PPAP to document all stages in the development of the samples and prototypes
    and the necessary approvals internally and from our customers.

• Patterns and tooling
    Our engineering team has been instrumental in developing many high-end patterns and method designs
    for intricate new and prototype part designs.

• Casting simulation
   We employ the latest technologies in verifying our method designs for acceptable heat transfer and flow     parameters. Design induced defects are considerably reduced. We use Flow-3D/Conifer Cast software on
    high end workstations for simulation.
